Our commitments
Damascino is committed to the health, safety and well-being of its employees, clients, subcontractors and everyone affected by its work, and to protecting the environment where it operates. All work follows the laws and requirements of the State of Qatar, and we fund whatever is needed to keep risk to a minimum.

Eliminate hazards that can cause accidents, or reduce them to a manageable level.

Train every employee in safe working practices and keep that training current.

Consult regularly with employee representatives and improve continuously.

Provide safe access, machinery, lighting, housekeeping and protective equipment.

Maintain first aid, fire-fighting, accident prevention and health surveillance.

Quality management
Our commitments
Quality, environment and safety are the keystone of how Damascino is managed. Every project runs under our Quality Management System (QMS), built on recognised industry best practice.

Deliver every project under documented quality management procedures.

Give every member of staff full access to those procedures, on site and in the office.

Make sure everyone understands their role and is trained in the procedures that apply to it.

Set the standard of workmanship with approved samples and mock-ups.

Check that all work meets the specified quality standards.
